Dr. Frank has analyzed 10 states so far and found the algorithms that were used to control the outcome of the election.
Dr. Frank mentions that in addition to machines being hacked, registration databases are also hacked. Through the registration database, registration rolls are, and have been, inflated.
The registration rolls are artificially inflated with a bunch of people who aren't going to vote (phantom voters). Then you put in a bunch of those ballots (phantom ballots) and during that time, during the election, the machines are constantly monitoring this. After the election, the phantom votes are paired up with voters.
Canvassing is very important to uncover (determine if a voter is real) and fix this fraud.
Dr. Frank says we must also have yearly canvassing in precincts to maintain, and
we must get rid of registration databases, because they are hackable. No electronic databases, no electronic machines!
