How can i get a grey or otherwise unhealthy grass color?

I am making a modpack about nuclear fallout and have noticed that the forests are much too healthy.
Is there maybe a texturepack or mod that will make all foliage a generally sickly color?

What's the best modern replacement of IC2?

As someone who's been away from the game for 6-7 years, the best industrial mod I can remember back in the day is Industrial Craft. And I just realized that it's no longer being updated.

So What's the best modern replacement of Industrial Craft?

I'm not looking for something exactly the same, but some mods that provide similar technology progression and automation possibilities.

And the modpack I tried recently are having some mods like Industrial Foregoing, FTB Industrial Contraption. Are they a replacement for IC2?

PS: I'm trying to setup server to play with friends new to the game, looking for an all purpose general pack that's not super focused on technology and industry but still has tech and automation to speed up the endgame. Any pack recommendations?

Build more easily in Minecraft

I would like to know if it's possible, using a mod or software, to select a building like a house and have a blueprint of it appear in the game because my building skills are really low.
