Although Trump told the Supreme Court he has no position on the legal arguments being made for and against the law, he called the First Amendment implications “sweeping and troubling.” He also warned about setting a “dangerous global precedent” toward government censorship while acknowledging that the national security concerns posed by TikTok and ByteDance are “significant and pressing.”

Today, over 100 J6 defendants (so far) launched an historic $50 billion class action lawsuit against the DOJ. This lawsuit, named the January 6 Restitution and Wrongful Incarceration Lawsuit, is spearheaded by Jake Lang, who has been incarcerated for nearly four years. The purpose is to fight back from injustices they have faced, including harsh sentencing, inadequate legal representation, and deteriorating health conditions due to incarceration.

The lawsuit claims extensive harm inflicted by a weaponized justice system. Interesting that they plan on filing this lawsuit on January 20th when Trump will be sworn into office.

20 years ago today an unheard of and record breaking earthquake, 9.3 magnitude, occurred in the Indian Ocean causing the most devastating tsunami in recorded history. Waves reached up to 100 feet high, killing over 230,000 people and causing devastation in Taiwan, Indonesia, India, and more. I'll never forget it. I can't believe it's been 20 years. 🙏
