🇷🇺Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on the temporary management of critical infrastructure facilities in Russia.

The main goal is to protect logistics and the energy sector from drones. If the order is not followed, Putin intends to seize the facilities from their owners and hand them over to loyalists within the defence and security ministries.
