5. Allowed to ask in advance to avoid miss communication or ask for advice when choose talent. And be polite when asking or transacting.
6. If talent makes a very unpleasant mistake, we allow you to request a refund or replace talent before 24 hours. If you want to request a refund or change talent, please ask the bot first.
7. Don't be too restrictive of talent when it's on a rental period, talent can't always be online 24 hours.
