I just want to pop in and pop back out to make this quick recommendation. This is not an ad. I am not being sponsored in any way.
Nearly 2 years ago I started using Daylio to track my mood. It's a really clean little app that lets you track not only your mood, but other various things about your day. Everything from what you've done to support your body to what hobbies you've participated in, and it's super customizable. There is a free version, which is pretty full bodied already and I think ad free, and the premium version (which is about $12 a year) adds additional customization.
I haven't missed a single day in the 527 days I've been using it. At this point I use it to track all kinds of things. If someone sends me a nice comment, I'll screenshot it and save it to that day. I'll take pictures of synchronicities, or anytime something specific I'm working on manifesting comes into being.
Not only does it help me make connections between my mood and all of the different elements that make up my life, and I'm able to exert greater control over those influences when I know what they are.
I cannot recommend it more highly. I've converted several friends, and they all attest to how helpful it's been.
This being the first day of the new year, I know many people are starting on their resolutions. A tool like this could help you see which of your efforts are the most impactful to your well being, so you can put most of your energy into those.
