I deleted the last post about my new job as an instructor. I came off too preachy and sounded a lot like I was just complaining about a younger generation.

It is frustrating to watch young men and women given a great opportunity to start a new, travel extensively around the work, and make significant money. All to throw it away simply because they can’t be disciplined enough to put in the work. The question is who do we blame? The individual? The parents? The education system? The government? Maybe, it is “All the Above.”, and they were doomed from the start.

Life is hard and great opportunities don’t come around often. If you come across a chance to better yourself. Take it. Lean into that opportunity.
