TAC-AZ honors the heroes of our fallen Folk, those who fought and perished fighting the enemies of our enemies, we remember you this memorial day.
In honor of a man who gave his life to protect his fellow brothers; warriors who fought with honor and courage- the boys of TAC punished their bodies to complete 'The Murph Challenge.'
Only half of the fellas completed this very challenging regiment this weekend, with another one being brought to vomiting!
We at TAC-AZ challenge all you who fancy yourselves Active Clubs and Patriots to complete this challenge by tomorrow (Memorial Day). This should be a new standard by which we measure our athleticism and warrior spirit!
THE MURPH CHALLENGE
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run
We did this challenge broken into a 10 set circuit while starting and finishing with a 1 mile run. This should be done with a 20-pound weight vest or plate carrier:
Pull-ups x10
Push-ups x20
Squats x30
PRO TIP: To avoid vomiting, only sip your water, don't chug!
