There is no way of dialog with an organisation that keep eyes closed, promote bullshit, ignore things and continue to ignore things, even after reporting such things! because they just support NO DEATH PENALTY no matter what stats, crimes, science are saying! by giving a shit to human rights of other people involved!

So the real problem here is, that such example is not a great example! done by a state full of mafia!
So in reality not only terrorists deserve a death penalty! But even Putin deserve a death penalty! for all crimes he did and does! So we support double death penalty! Against terrorism and against mafious politicians that act like terrorists and criminals! doing ecocide and other war crimes!

We call on the Russian authorities to ensure a measured response that will serve the needs of victims.

The response IS BASED ON AVOID NEW VICTIMS! and this means put criminals to death! or life with assisted suicide option or life without parole!
A prompt, impartial and effective investigation is required so that all those responsible are brought to justice in line with international standards
