Really neat little thing to listen to. Even though prepper circles are overwhelmingly made up of quality White people, you seldom get good information for people in our worldview.
What I should emphasize regarding the dig in vs. bug out dichotomy - a prepping maxim (and golden rule of life) is that it's better to have something and not need it than to need something and not have it.
It's better to have a bag with enough survival tools to get you to your guerrilla outpost in the hills and not need it, than it is to underestimate the danger of your current situation and have to cut a bloody path across starving rioters just to find yourself with no resources and nowhere to go.
If you live in the city, don't even think about digging in. Run to the hills.
