I'm Away from home for the next couple of days.

However that is not a valid excuse for not continuing to work towards my goals, so I will make sure to continue to put in the hard work to achieve my ultimate goal, even though it will be uncomfortable or even out right weird to some I cannot afford to take 10 days of from my training regimen.
