We celebrated Earth Day 2025 with the powerful way in AASTU university ♻️an unforgettable event organized by the Environmental Engineering Student Association (EESA) in collaboration with UNA-ET AASTU Chapter and YouCan ! The day opened with a motivating speech by Dr. Temesgen🎤, followed by powerful messages from Mr. Samuel Fekade (UNA-ET) and Martha Mogoas (UNDP) 🌍. Yirga Eyasu shared valuable insights on job opportunities at UNDP 💼, and Ashanafi presented exciting internship pathways 🌱. Former AASTU students delivered inspiring talks, and a lively panel discussion sparked deep conversations about sustainability and youth impact. We explored eco-justice, watched CJI videos, enjoyed a documentary, and played fun, interactive games—topped off with an exciting giveawayfor participants!
Let’s keep the momentum going—less plastic, more purpose!
