it now runs the latest version of gitea in a kubernetes cluster hosted on digital ocean. user maintenance was performed during the migration to eliminate spam accounts.
to combat spamers in the future an image captcha has been added for new registrations. additionally, all existing user passwords have been rolled.
when visiting the new site, please use the "forgot password" flow to reclaim your account and let me know if you have any issues receiving mail from the mailserver.
alternatively, if you'd like to create a new account use the new handy oauth integrations with github, gitlab and gitea for single sign-on then migrate your changes to a new repository under your new user.
all existing acocunt emails have been hiden, regardless of whether or not they were previously shown in user bio.
