💷 Labour’s latest budget is
a colossal letdown, despite its polished rhetoric about prioritizing working people. The
£142 billion increase in national debt and
£40 billion in new taxes are burdens the public will shoulder for years. Yet, instead of investing in genuine local needs, the focus seems to be on appeasing corporations and global elites.
That's why it's hardly surprising that the International Monetary Fund
deems this 'sustainable,' as the budget caters to
their priorities rather than those of British families.
While the
vulnerable groups face rising costs, the budget earmarks billions for the pharma and foreign aid sectors. These initiatives serve the agendas of
global elites rather than providing relief to the ordinary British people Labour claims to represent.
Cuts could be made to these overfunded projects without impacting everyday citizens. Instead, Labour continues
to pay lip service to the working class while enacting policies that serve only the interests of the powerful few.
