Efforts are continuing to increase defensive capabilities along our eastern border. The next fascist assault from the Ohio Reich will not succeed so easily. To facilitate these efforts, 30% of the non-POC in the Englewood neighborhood have been conscripted. It is fitting that they work to build defenses to keep the BIPOC from Chicago safe against the regressive fascism of the white nationalists.

Resettlement of all non-POC has been completed. It has been revealed that some tried to defect to the rebels. Those families that were caught fleeing were promptly executed. Some did escape but they will be hunted down. The rest were peacefully moved and accepted the historic harm they have done to BIPOC and understand the justness of their punishment. They will still be required to work because someone has to keep the lights on in the city.

Formerly it was one of the poorest neighborhoods in the city because of the systemic racism of the old regime. It is currently occupied by few people and the majority of the buildings have been condemned. It is poetic justice to make the oppressors occupy the neighborhood the oppressed were once forced to live in. Resettlement begins this afternoon.

People's Mayor Lightfoot has proposed to move any remaining non-POC into an isolated district in the city to prevent their interaction with the rest of the population. They will not be compensated for any property that is seized from them.

The rebels who murdered the mayor of Peoria last week have claimed responsibility providing more evidence that they are working with the Ohio Reich who launched the deadly missile attack.
