Whoever recites Soorah AL-WAAQI’AH every NIGHT will NEVER become POOR.

Considered a saying of the PROPHET, but it was graded WEAK by ALBAANI in Da'eef al-Jaami 5773

TAHIYYAAT WAS NOT FROM CONVERSATION WITH ALLAH ﷻ ON MI’RAAJ NIGHT

QUESTION: Please advice if the following is authentic: "Attahiyat recited during salah is actually a part of the conversation between ALLAH ﷻ and PROPHET ﷺ when he met HIM while on Miraj."

ANSWER: What you mentioned is NOT TRUE at all.

This is a COMMON saying of many PREACHERS and people who are NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE of the science of Hadeeth.

They say that the wording of TASHAHUD originated from a CONVERSATION between ALLAH ﷻ and His PROPHET ﷺ  on the night of Mi’raaj (Ascension to the heavens), namely that the PROPHET ﷺ  said: “All compliments, prayers, and pure words and deeds, are due to Allaah.” Allaah said: “Peace be upon you O Prophet, and the Mercy of Allaah and His Blessings be upon you.”

Then, the Prophet  said: “Peace be upon us and on the righteous slaves of Allaah.” Then, the angels said: “I bear witness that there is no god but Allaah and I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah.”

All this is FABRICATED and it has NI FOUNDATION in the books of Sunnah.

The Fataawa of the Permanent Committee said: “As regards the Prophet  receiving the Tashahhud while prostrating himself (before Allaah) near the Lote Tree in the Highest Heaven on the night of Mi’raaj, we do not know of any foundation for that or for the prostration at that place on the night of Al-Mi’raaj.” [ISLAMWEB FATWA NO : 231700]

With regard to the above,
Shaykh ‘Abd al-‘Azeez ibn Baz, Shaykh ‘Abd al-Razzaq ‘Afeefi, Shaykh ‘Abd-Allah ibn Ghadyan, Shaykh ‘Abd-Allah ibn Qa‘ood said this:

We do NOT know of any BASIS for saying that he prostrated in that place on the night of the Mi‘raj. End quote. [FATAWA AL-LAJNAH AL-DAA’IMAH, 7/6,7]

Thus it becomes clear that it is NOT PERMISSIBLE to propagate these letters and essays that are not proven, or which contain innovations (bid‘ah) in beliefs or actions; rather no one should propagate them until after checking whether they are proven and sound.

RASULULLAH ﷺ SAID: “It is sufficient LYING for a man to speak of EVERYTHING that he HEARS.” [MUSLIM, 5.]

RASULULLAH said:

“Sometimes I stand in PRAYER, intending to make it LENGTHY, then I hear a child CRYING, so I make my prayer BRIEF because I do NOT want to cause HARDSHIP to his MOTHER.”

QUESTION: A mother is PRAYING and her SON FALLS from the bed and starts to cry!!! Is she supposed to break her Salaah?

ANSWER:

FIRSTLY

The scholars are agreed that STOPPING an OBLIGATORY prayer deliberately with no excuse after having started it is HARAAM.

The legitimate excuses that make it PERMISSIBLE to stop the prayer include those which are mentioned in the saheeh Sunnah, and those which have been determined by analogy to be similar to them or to be stronger reasons.

Among the legitimate excuses that make it permissible to stop the prayer – whether it is obligatory or naafil – are killing SNAKES, fear of losing one's BELONGINGS, helping one who is in DISTRESS, saving one who is drowning, putting out a FIRE, and warning a heedless person of something that may harm him.

SECONDLY:

If a child is crying and his father or mother are unable to quieten him down during a congregational prayer, then it is PERMISSIBLE to STOP praying in order to QUIETEN him down, for fear that his crying may be because of some harm that has befallen him, and for fear that the prayer of others may be spoiled because of the disturbance.

If it is possible to quieten him down with a SLIGHT MOVEMENT and without turning away from the qiblah, then the woman may do that and go back to her prayer. She may, for example, move backwards to pick him up without stopping her prayer. But if she is not able to quieten him down without stopping her prayer altogether, then she should do that and there is no sin on her in sha Allaah.

QUESTION: Can u make DUA in any other LANGUAGE apart from Arabic while in SALAH?

ANSWER: If the worshipper can say du’aa’ well in ARABIC, it is NOT PERMISSIBLE for him to make du’aa’ in any other language.

But if the worshipper is UNABLE to make du’aa’ in ARABIC, there is no reason why he should not make du’aa’ in his own language, so long as he STARTS LEARNING ARABIC in the meantime.

With regard to making du’aa’ in languages other than Arabic outside of prayer, there is NOTHING WRONG with that, especially if that will make the worshipper more focused in his du’aa’.

SHAYKH AL-ISLAM IBNU TAYMIYYA said:

It is permissible to make du’aa’ in Arabic and in languages other than Arabic. Allaah knows the intention of the supplicant and what he wants, no matter what language he speaks, because He hears all the voices in all different languages, asking for all kinds of needs.

‘ABDULLAAH IBN MAS'OOD SAID:

“WHOEVER reads 'AL-MULK’ EVERY NIGHT, Allaah will PROTECT him from the TORMENT of the GRAVE.

At the time of RASULULLAH ﷺ, we used to CALL IT al-mani'ah (that which PROTECTS).

In the Book of Allah, there is a CHAPTER [and] WHOEVER RECITES it EVERY NIGHT has done VERY WELL.”
