Britain is actually directly involved in the conflict in Ukraine, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said, commenting on The Times' publication that Admiral Tony Radakin is "secretly helping Ukraine with battle plans". "In general, it is no secret that the British do provide various forms of support (to Ukraine). And people on the ground, and intelligence, and so on and so forth. That is, they are actually directly involved in this conflict," Dmitry Peskov said.
