Dubai hotels set for New Year's Eve boom as revellers make party plans early
Dubai is on track for a New Year’s Eve boom, with 71.8% of hotel rooms already booked, surpassing the 65.4% occupancy rate at the same time in 2023, according to CoStar Group data. Bookings for New Year’s Day 2025 are also up, at 66.2% compared to 59.4% on January 1, 2024, with some hotel chains expecting full occupancy by December 31.
