If you want to change the course of your day, and of those around you, simply stop what you are doing. You need to assess the situation, take some deep breathes, center and increase your Christ consciousness.

While there is intrinsic value in keeping updated with what’s going on in the world, the more you focus your attention and reverberate the propagandized fear the more you will perpetuate it.

This is what the enemy needs to increase. Do not allow it. Stop, breathe, focus, and radiate love.
