☆. We allow minor revisions up to two times within a 24-hour period, but only if it still on original request. Changes beyond the original brief will not be accepted.
☆. Refunds are only given if the mistake is on seller part. We do not provide refunds for personal change of mind or miscommunication outside the form that customers sent.
☆. All payments must be in advance to prevent cancellations or unfair behavior. This protects both customers and seller.
☆. Payment only accepted through QRIS without any additional fees. Other payment methods or trades are not accepted. Orders will be processing after customers sent the valid payment proof.

Working hours are from 8 AM to 9 PM (GMT+7). Orders outside these hours will be lovingly attended to in the next light of day.
