IDF: Earlier today (Friday), several terrorists were identified loading a truck with weapons used by the Hezbollah terrorist organization in southern Lebanon.

An IAF aircraft struck the weapon on the vehicle in order to eliminate the threat.

The IDF continues to operate in accordance with the ceasefire understandings between Israel and Lebanon. The IDF remains deployed in southern Lebanon and will operate against any threat to the State of Israel and its citizens.

IDF: A short while ago, with the direction of the IDF Intelligence Directorate and the Israeli Navy, IAF fighter jets struck military targets belonging to the Houthi terrorist regime on the western coast and inland Yemen.

The Houthi terrorist regime has repeatedly attacked the State of Israel, its citizens, and civilian infrastructure in Israel, including UAVs and surface-to-surface missiles. The State of Israel has the right and obligation to defend itself.

The targets that were struck include military infrastructure sites in the Hizaz power station, which serves as a central source of energy for the Houthi terrorist regime in its military activities. In addition, the IDF struck military infrastructure in the Al Hudaydah, and Ras Isa ports on the western coast. The targets struck are examples of the Houthis’ exploitation of civilian infrastructure for its terrorist activities.

The Houthi terrorist regime is a central part of the Iranian axis of terror, and their attacks on international shipping vessels and routes continue to destabilize the region and the wider world.

Lebanon's Al-Mayadeen channel reports, citing Israeli media, that the strikes in Yemen were a joint operation by Israel and the United States.

A show of strength that projects beyond the strikes themselves – the US has the capability to execute a rapid response in Yemen, and there is cooperation with Israel in more complex strikes.

This marks an escalation in the confrontation with the Houthis and also carries an important psychological aspect - sending a clear message. And this is even before Trump enters the Oval Office.

Now all that's missing is a press conference by the IDF spokesperson detailing the targets attacked, plus a threat from the IDF spokesperson in Arabic with a list of specific targets for future strikes if the Houthis decide to attack Israel again.
