But before we get to the lovely stats, the entire Getgems crew sincerely and wholeheartedly thanks you — the people without whom this game would not have been possible in the first place! So, what exactly did we do? We sold a super cheap NFT collection and showed that even when the market is down, it’s totally possible to sell a lot — and hot. Each Egg in the collection contributed to the overall prize pool, giving every participant a chance to win. We also proved that mixing an old-fashioned NFT collection with gaming mechanics can make a lot of noise!
Now for the numbers:
🔹 A total of 13,043 NFT Eggs were sold on the primary market, resulting in a 8,000-TON prize fund. 💰
🔹 During the initial sales, the False Gems collection’s floor price increased from 1 TON to 16, and Lottery Tickets’ increased from 0.6 TON to 2.5!💎
🔹 In 14 rounds, over 2,700 players took part in the game🤼♀️
🔹 The most Eggs sold on the secondary market between rounds were 940, 1,200, and 2,000 TON💸
🔹In just two weeks, the games on the secondary market generated 5,562 sales for more than 25,000 TON📈
🔹One trip to Thailand as a result of the successful selling of a 300 TON Egg (however, other successful entrepreneurs have not yet told us about their adventures)🌴
Here we are! We must admit that we did not expect such a high level of interest in the event. The positive feedback we received during the game only proves that we are doing the right thing for the NFT community on TON.
