Whenever your heart misses someone and yearns for their closeness, raise your hands and make du'ā for them. Even if they're far, your du'ā will reach them. Only pure and genuine love compels one to continously do such a noble act.

Spend more time with Allāh and less time with people as excessive socialising can corrupt the heart. There's nothing that brings more comfort and happiness to the heart than spending time in the remembrance of Allāh and seeking beneficial knowledge. 📚

Why were angels not sent as messengers to mankind?

Imam Ibn Abī al-'Izz al-Hanafi said in his Sharh (explanation) of al-'Aqeedah al-Tahawiyyah:

Allah says, "They say, 'Why is an angel not sent down to him?' If We did send an angel, the matter would be settled at once." (Al-An'ām, 6:8). More than one of the Salaf stated while commenting on this verse, "They are not able to see an angel in his real form. If He were to send them an angel, He would make him in human form. Then it would be confusing to them: is he human or an angel? It is, therefore, from the complete blessings of Allah upon us that He sent a messenger to us from among our own kind." (Sharh al-'Aqeedah al-Tahawiyyah)

May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet.
