THE TRANSITORY NATURE OF VICTORY IN SYRIA

Talk of victory in West Asia is premature. It's true that the termites in the woodwork of the various countries of the region, feeling jubilant, have shown themselves for what they are, traitors to humanity. And, this includes most of its monarchs and presidents. But, in identifying themselves, they have made themselves targets for future retribution, and retribution is sure to come. It will come as night follows day, because instability is sure to dramatically increase and unity of purpose among the many leaders of the region is sure to decrease.
Kurds, the traditional allies of the Hebrew speaking West Asian political enclave and its American backers will continue to fight Turks, as well as Iraqi Arabs. Azerbaijan will continue to seek the destabilization of Iran, as will Turkey, the EU, NATO, and, of course, the enclave, itself. Mercenaries from Central Asia will continue to sell their services to the highest bidder. The destruction of Lebanon will continue with the blessing of the Lebanese government which will, as always, bend over as it hands out well lubricated dildos to the United States embassy. Yet, eliminating Hezbollah will remain an insuperable difficulty, as most people in that country will not take kindly to seeing their country sodomized. And, finally, the genocide in Gaza will continue, though the pace may slow down because it has become a sport and good sportsmanship demands that a certain number of prey be preserved for the sake of future hunting expeditions.
But, most dangerously for the Hebrew-speaking enclave, they are psychotically led and, thus, too prone to believe in prophecy. The temptation to annex more and more of Syria will probably become too much to resist. But, with annexation, will come even more population displacement in Syria and, very probably, a new refugee crisis in Europe due to the fact that the only escape route for refugees is through Turkey and the Turkish economy is incapable of supporting yet more refugees. Moreover, Europe, for its part, desperately needs working age labor to make up for its catastrophic decline in birth rates. Yet, as it takes in cheap labor on the one hand, it will see a rise in ethnic hatred on the other, due to its 900 year history of religiously inspired hatred for Islam and its equally long proud embrace of racism with regard to Semitic peoples, unless, of course, they are Hebrew speaking individuals of European ethnic origin. It goes without saying that the rise of yet more social tension across Europe is on the horizon.
Even with escape routes more or less open, it will not be possible for all of Syria's 27 million people to escape the country's problems as refugees. Masses of embittered people will necessarily have to remain in a country unlikely to have a functioning government, whether in Turkish, Turkish-proxy, Kurdish, or Hebrew speaking enclave controlled areas.
So, victory marches in hell must be a sight to see. And, as the evil in mankind is always determined not to be irrelevant, the prognosis for the coming months and years is brighter for no one other than grave-diggers. For them, business is sure to be booming.
