#news #Insta
Hyatt is focusing on Instagram to enhance emotional engagement and market growth, particularly in the competitive luxury hotel sector in India. Led by Deepa Krishnan, Hyatt's marketing head for India and Southwest Asia, the brand has partnered with actress Vaani Kapoor to embody its values of warmth and authenticity. The campaign features a series of six episodes that tell stories of exceptional hospitality, aiming to create a genuine connection with audiences rather than relying on flashy content.
As the luxury hotel market in India is projected to grow significantly, Hyatt's Instagram strategy aligns with this trend by emphasizing storytelling and showcasing staff and properties. The initiative is designed to build brand awareness and affinity, with a strong focus on creating relatable and heartfelt content. Additionally, Hyatt plans to expand its presence from 52 to 100 hotels in the region over the next few years, tapping into the growing demand for luxury travel.
