Pakistan’s Planning Minister Ahsan Iqbal has said that India’s decision to keep Indus Waters Treaty (IWT) in abeyance has created a new challenge for Pakistan.
They can use water as a weapon to deny Pakistan water when it needs it for its crops and release it when we don't need it.
