Hey…..hey….hey😉
Today, I decided to share my failures. Over several years of shooting self-portraits on film, I have accumulated a whole collection of unsuccessful shots😁
So, the most common mistake is when I'm out of focus because my camera doesn't have autofocus, and I have to manually adjust all the settings. There are also frequent instances where I miss with the exposure. Due to awkward poses, I often end up with an unsuccessful shot simply because my camera has a timer of only 15 seconds, and sometimes that's not enough time to get everything right. So, to capture one successful shot, I take 5 attempts with different settings, cross my fingers, and hope that at least one shot turns out well. But in one way or another, we only learn from our failures, so I continue to create!
