Position Summary:
We are looking for a professional with 1 to 2 years of administrative experience to assist with managing property listings and performing essential office tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Listings Management:
▪️ Oversee and update property listings across various platforms and databases.
▪️ Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure accuracy and completeness of property information.
Administrative Support:
▪️ Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
▪️ Coordinate appointments, property viewings, and meetings.
Client Relations:
▪️ Address client inquiries and provide support with documentation related to property transactions.
▪️ Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Data and Report Management:
▪️ Input and update property data in CRM systems and other relevant software.
▪️ Generate reports on property listings and market trends as needed.
Marketing Assistance:
▪️ Contribute to the creation and distribution of marketing materials for property listings, including flyers and online content.
▪️ Assist with updating property information on social media platforms.
