Fake: Russian troops shelled a railroad in the Lvov region. The news is distributed by large Ukrainian telegram channels.
True: The video shows the consequences of the crash of a diesel locomotive in Belaya Kalitva, which occurred on May 9, 2013. Due to the fact that the driver and his assistant exceeded the maximum permissible speed, a diesel locomotive with 69 wagons en route from Volgograd to Bataysk crashed. 50 wagons derailed and caught fire, after which there was a powerful explosion.
The original video can be viewed here.
This is not the first time that Ukrainian Telegram channels provide their audience with archival photos and videos, passing them off as events of recent days.

☝️Note the first screen - NEXTA, the channel which was originally involved in organizing and coordinating protests in Belarus, is now the nest of Ukrainian propaganda with over 1.5 million subscribers. They also have English-language outlets (e.g. their Twitter is in English).
My point is: if any bot quotes NEXTA to you - you now know what kind of "reliable" info they post there. Like all the time.
