One reason could be a private Twitter profile. If you make it public, the problem should be resolved.
Another reason is using one Twitter account for multiple game accounts. If you play on 2 or more accounts, you need to use separate Twitter accounts.
3. I can't change my withdrawal wallet.
Changing wallets will be available once the previous withdrawal is complete. You'll then be able to change your on-chain wallet.
