When cleansing for parasites, no:
⁃ Alcohol or fizzy drink. Basically anything that isn’t a clean water or fresh juice. The acidity of these drinks ruins the biome in your stomach which needs to be functional to expel parasites
⁃ Sugar, rice, pasta, bread, cereal etc. the FDA food pyramid is a lie designed to feed your worms
⁃ Meat is debatable during a cleanse. You need energy, but you run the risk of adding to the parasite collection. If you’re going to eat meat eat organic. If possible, have natural yoghurt instead as it’s a good probiotic. Sauerkraut too. When cleansing the body is it important to maintain a healthy stomach as you clear the parasites you also clear the bacteria which you need for a healthy stomach

⁃ NO TOUCHING ANY ANIMALS if you do wash your hands afterwards. Use lavender oil or rosemary oil as a natural antiseptic over hand sanitizer. If you have a cat, make sure it does it’s business outside
