IRCC told officers they can’t just refuse a file when the job looks fake. Now they have to send a letter, list the problems, give the employer 15 days to send more papers, then wait another month. Working from a house is fine.

The boss doesn’t even need a real workplace in Canada. Officers have to “look at everything” instead of just saying no.
