SYNCHRON
24hr Lockdown
Hello friends,
As quarantine in Moscow sets in and the city government continues to tighten security by passing regulation that requires us to get special permits in order to leave our homes, SYNCHRON is launching a 24-hour live stream from an undisclosed location.
Understanding the need to social distance, we have prioritised our artists’ safety by ensuring that proper sanitation standards are met and a minimal amount of people are gathered at one time for the live stream.
The 24-hour stream will feature over 20 local artists, representing a variety of musical genres, including techno, uk bass, grime, ghetto bass, electro, drum and bass, experimental, rock, meditative. Several live performances will also take place. The music will be broken up into three blocs in three different spaces and streamed on social media.
We will announce the full line-up in the coming days, so stay tuned! It’s an exciting selection.
PS. As the world has come to a standstill, it is interesting to see the human response to the situation and the burst of creativity that is resonating throughout the world. Despite our inability to congregate and dance together, there has been so much love and support throughout the global community not only in the music scene but everywhere. It is inspiring to experience this and is also one of the reasons Synchron decided to keep active through this time — to unite and stimulate local talent and connect with the broader community.
Thank you for your continued support, stay strong.
