🇰🇵🚀 North Korea has released a report on the successful test launch of its latest medium- and long-range hypersonic ballistic missile conducted yesterday.
The missile, developed by the DPRK's General Rocket Department, features a new engine body constructed with carbon fiber-reinforced composite materials and incorporates advanced technologies into its flight control and guidance system.
The hypersonic glide vehicle launched from a test site near Pyongyang traveled along a planned trajectory at a speed 12 times faster than sound. It reached a maximum altitude of 99.8 km before descending to a second altitude of 42.5 km and striking its target in open waters 1,500 km away with precision.
