Monday : run 2 miles out from a location . Run 2 back trying to beat 14 :55
Tuseday: pick up a heavy thing and put it down
Wednesday: sprints in gear
Thursday: beat the shit out of each other in gear
Friday: guess what you're going for a run while wearing a gas mask
Satuarday: ruck March in full combat loadout (this is all the ammo food water and gear you think youd carry )
Sunday: go to the range and practice
