Nancy Pelosi files for reelection at 84 years old

A spokesperson for Pelosi who spoke with the Washington Examiner did not say whether the California lawmaker is running for reelection, "but the paperwork is an early indication of her intentions," the outlet reported.

...The most recent filing has prompted cries for term limits from individuals across social media, suggesting that Pelosi has been in office for an excessive amount of time and her reign should have already come to an end. Some people urged the incoming Trump administration to implement election reform that would include term limits in order to prevent Pelosi from running for reelection.

Elon Musk met with Iran's UN Ambassador, Iranian officials say

The tech billionaire, a top adviser to President-elect Donald J. Trump, was reported to have discussed ways to defuse tensions between Iran and the United States.

The Iranians said the meeting between Mr. Musk and Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani lasted more than an hour and was held at a secret location. The Iranians, who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss policy publicly, described the meeting as "positive" and "good news."

Asked about whether there was such a session, Steven Cheung, Mr. Trump's communications director, said, "We do not comment on reports of private meetings that did or did not occur." Mr. Musk did not respond to a request for comment.

If this meeting happened, then the question is whom the news are "positive" and "good" for. Iran, the country? Iranians? Palestinians? Israel? The people who spoke to Farnaz Fassihi (the author of the article)? We'll see.

Trump's team drawing up list of Pentagon officers to fire

Members of President-elect Donald Trump's transition team are drawing up a list of military officers to be fired, potentially to include the Joint Chiefs of Staff, two sources said, in what would be an unprecedented shakeup at the Pentagon.

The planning for the firings is at an early stage after Trump's Nov. 5 election victory and could change as Trump's administration takes shape, said the sources, who are familiar with the Trump transition and requested anonymity to speak candidly about the plans. One of the sources questioned the feasibility of a mass firing at the Pentagon.

A firing squad? Oh, never mind. It doesn't matter how many Pentagon officers you fire, their place will be taken by another career hack. When the system you operate in is this fucked, firing people won't solve anything. Unless you "fire" everyone. God will recognize His own.

Judges delay Jan. 6 trials on verge of Trump presidency

It's the first time federal judges have acquiesced to the demands of Jan. 6 defendants for delays in anticipation of potential pardons from Trump.

Over the objection of the Justice Dpt, US District Judges Carl Nichols and Rudolph Contreras - Trump and Obama appointees, respectively - said they wanted to conserve court resources and avoid hauling in dozens of potential jurors for cases that might be called off in a few weeks.

This is so shambolic. Either the people in question broke a law, in which case it shouldn't matter who the next President will be, or they haven't broken any law, in which case they shouldn't have been on trial to begin with. Are you telling me the whole thing was a form of political prosecution? That can't be! We are America, the land of the free and shit! "Conserving court resources" is the biggest load of horseshit I've heard this week. Good for the defenders, at least.

Here’s why it will be different this time around:

In Trump’s first term, he was extremely hamstrung by the corrupt MSM and the Mueller/Russia hoax lingering over him.

The public still largely believed the media at this time. Trump couldn’t lift a finger without the Dems/MSM losing their minds, and the public believed it. Trump couldn’t fire anyone or do anything without the threat of being labeled a dictator or Russian asset. It was a near impossible environment to implement his policy, because the Deep State had a complete monopoly on public perception. Not anymore.

This time around, Trump no longer has the Mueller investigation lingering over him, he is now the single most vetted man in world history, and they found nothing on him. Also, now that the corporate media have also lost all credibility and lost control of public perception, their cries of “dictator” will fall on deaf ears. They’ve cried wolf too many times.

In addition, with Trump’s convincing and historic victory, he has the mandate of The People to implement the MAGA agenda, and he has a better much better cast of people around him. And thanks to Elon purchasing X, The People are far more awake now. They see what’s going on.

My point is, that Trump’s position this time around is EXPONENTIALLY better than last time. The environment is more suitable for him to actually do what needs to be done, without the threat of the public being riled into a violent frenzy by the Dems and their corporate media lapdogs.

Now that the MSM is dead and their mind-control no longer works, Trump can comfortably carry out his term without having to walk on eggshells or worry about backlash.

The stars have aligned. Trump has control of all 3 branches, the optics, the political ammunition, the precedent, public approval, everything. It’s now or never.

EU slaps Meta with nearly 800M euro fine for "abusive" marketplace practices

European Union regulators issued their first antitrust fine to Facebook parent Meta on Thursday with a penalty of nearly 800 million euros for what they call "abusive practices" involving its Marketplace online classified ads business.

...It's the first time the EU has imposed a fine on the social media giant for breaches of the bloc's competition law. Brussels has already slapped Big Tech rivals Google and Apple with billions in antitrust penalties.

In 2023, Meta's net income was $39 billion for the year on sales of $135 billion. An 800€ million fine is 2.1% of their net revenue. Do you think Meta cares? They made those $39 billion precisely because of their various disgusting practices, so I doubt there's a chance they'll stop because 2.1% of their net income will now go away. Speaking of "going away," I also doubt Meta will actually pay any of that in real terms. In conclusion, a pointless show.

Russia awaits Trump's proposals on Ukrainian settlement

"Russia's position was clearly worded by the Russian president on June 14, 2024," Sergey Lavrov stressed.

"I can't imagine (how Trump is going to settle the crisis - TASS). Let us wait for his proposals," he said. "We repeatedly stress when asked about this that any politician who says that he or she is for peace rather than for war, this politician deserves attention." "But we don't know exactly what will be proposed. Our position was clearly worded by the Russian president on June 14, 2024," Lavrov added.

I don't talk to Lavrov or Putin much, so I don't know what's going on in Russia, but I do keep being surprised with Russia's slow, methodical attitudes and approaches. Do they really expect Trump is being honest, or are they saying all this for another reason? What is that "other" reason? I have so many questions! We will not get answers for a while, I'd wager. Anyway, Sergey, DM me anytime.

Israeli forces reach "second line" of southern Lebanese villages as clashes with Hezbollah intensify

Hebrew media have lamented that Tel Aviv's declarations of victory in Lebanon are far from the reality on the ground.

...Al Mayadeen reported on 14 November that Israeli troops are being engaged in "fierce battles" in the new areas they have entered, which are located between five and 10 kilometers from the border.

Hezbollah reported on Thursday morning that its fighters targeted "a gathering of Israeli enemy army forces on the eastern outskirts of the town of Markaba, with a barrage of rockets, and achieved confirmed casualties among their ranks."

Netanyahu and Israel are increasingly reminding me of Ukraine. The propaganda, the delusion, the "glorious victories." The only difference is, it's not very fashionable to support them. Not really fashionable to support Ukraine anymore either, but do you remember the beginning? Oh, man!

Zelensky says he opposed Putin Scholz call

Kiev is against Western leaders talking to Moscow about negotiating an end to the conflict.

Scholz phoned Putin on Friday, the first time the two have spoken in almost two years. The conversation lasted for almost an hour and touched on Ukraine, among other things. "Chancellor Scholz told me that he was going to call Putin," Zelensky said in his evening video address. "Now there may be other conversations, other calls."

Zelensky lamented that this would weaken Russia's "isolation" and lead to "just a lot of words," without any practical results. "We know how to act. And we want to warn: there will be no "Minsk-3." We need real peace," he added.

I agree with Zelensky, there should be no "Minsk-3." Although I don't know what he means by "real peace." Minsk-2 was pretty "real," until his neo-Nazi army started shelling civilians again. Peace agreements tend to be "real" if you don't break them, Volodymyyiiir.

Russia collusion hoaxer Adam Schiff terrified after Trump nominates Matt Gaetz as US Attorney General

...Schiff was deeply involved in spreading the Trump-Russia collusion hoax after Trump won the 2016 election. He was also involved in the first impeachment show trial against Trump in 2019.

Shameless liar Adam Schiff said there is significant and incriminating evidence that Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 election even though Mueller concluded his investigation with no new indictments in 2019.

Regardless of how you feel about Trump, the fact that this goblin is still not in prison is truly astonishing and shows how corrupt everything in our country is. There is no accountability if you have money or friends. I doubt Schiff will ever stand trial for the circus he supervised. While he's an easy target, we must not forget that he's one of MANY people in our country who are in the same position as he is - they can do whatever they want.

Trump expected to "soon" appoint a Ukrainian peace envoy after promises of negotiating end to war with Russia

"You're going to see a very senior special envoy, someone with a lot of credibility, who will be given a task to find a resolution, to get to a peace settlement," one of the sources said.

"You're going to see that in short order." The job is not expected to be a salaried role - from 2017 to 2019, Kurt Volker had served as special representative to Ukrainian negotiations... Trump has been rolling out appointee names at lightning pace of those he wants to fill his Cabinet and advise him on top issues.

IF Trump is honest about his intentions in Ukraine (that's a big if), he is sure to find strong opposition to it from the Kiev regime. It doesn't want peace, Zelensky doesn't want peace. Peace for them means accountability at best, and death at worst. They will do their utmost best to drag it out for as long as possible. Which, I suspect, serves Russia just fine.

The state-backed settler war to annex the West Bank

With an indebted Trump soon to be back in the White House, Tel Aviv is orchestrating a calculated campaign of militia formation and settler violence to seize control of the West Bank, aiming for annexation and the ethnic cleansing of Palestinian communities.

Adding fuel to the fire, billionaire Miriam Adelson, the wealthiest Israeli in the world, bankrolled Donald Trump's "huge victory" in his successful presidential campaign with one clear condition: support for annexing the West Bank.

While Zelensky isn't happy about Trump's victory (or at least developments and realities show he should be), Netanyahu and Israel can definitely celebrate. I've spoken about Trump's dedication to Jews, Israel, and their genocide many times. He's also strongly opposed to Iran (weird to say it that way), so Israel can expect help there too. I don't know the future, but life for people in the Middle-East will only get worse.

RFK Jr. to serve as Secretary Of Health and Human Services under Trump admin

Kennedy, the former Independent presidential candidate turned Trump ally, teamed up with the new 47th president while on the campaign trail after dropping out and endorsing him.

"I am thrilled to announce Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as The United States Secretary of Health and Human Services. For too long, Americans have been crushed by the industrial food complex and drug companies who have engaged in deception, misinformation, and disinformation when it comes to Public Health," Trump wrote in a post on X.

RFK Jr. does (at least) come across like a genuine feller. Do I "trust" him? No. However, if he does even half of what he said he wants to do, it'll be a very positive development in this country.

Congress set to hold UFO hearing, vows to reveal secret programs

The US House of Representatives Committee on Oversight and Accountability is set to hold a hearing on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena research programs, promising to "pull back the curtain" on top secret government programs.

The hearing titled, "Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth," is scheduled for November 13th. It will feature testimonies from prominent former military officials regarding their knowledge of the federal government programs shrouded in secrecy.

"Committee on Oversight and Accountability." You just can't make that up. But anyway, I did a lot of research into what those things caught on camera were. I've read aot of stuff about it, and I've watched so many videos, but if there's one that really convinced me that aliens are real, it's this one.

US walks back threat to suspend Israel arms shipments as famine worsens in Gaza

The UN warned that the amount of aid entering Gaza has plummeted to its lowest level since the start of Israel's ethnic cleansing campaign.

...State Department spokesman Patel told reporters on 12 November that the progress to date must be "supplemented and sustained" but that "we at this time have not made an assessment that the Israelis are in violation of US law" by blocking the entry of food, water, and medicine for two million Palestinians.

"We are not giving Israel a pass," Patel stressed, adding that "we want to see the totality of the humanitarian situation improve, and we think some of these steps will allow the conditions for that to continue progress."

That's exactly what you're doing, you subhuman piece of shit. But is anyone surprised? Of course not. It's hard to do anything when Israel owns half of our politicians. Those election campaigns aren't going to fund themselves.

Get it guys? Like the meme! So based and cool, OMG!

Definitely isn't a total scam and there's no way it's going to be one of those "Endowment for Democracy" or "European Peace Fund" types of organizations. As in, one that does the opposite of what the name would suggest. Run by a venture capitalist who benefits from the government funding his stock bubble projects that never come to fruition. Like the hyper ultra super quantum loop paid for by Nevada that turned out to just be a fucking tunnel. And a bad one at that. Or how about the vacuum tubes that Musk presents as a future revolution in transportation, the notion of which has actually been around for more than a century and no one bothered with it because it's a dumb idea? No way he's here to get even more funding for all that useless bullshit. But it's a meme, so it's okay!

Elon Musk has a new project to run: Trump's government

After plowing at least $132 million into the president-elect's campaign, the richest man in the world is about to treat the US government as if it were a money-losing social network.

...Prior to this year, Musk ran six companies: Tesla, SpaceX, Neuralink, Boring Co. (tunnels), xAI (artificial intelligence chatbots) and X. But in May, he added a seventh operation-America PAC, a political action committee that somehow managed to spend more than $170 million between then and the election.

I'm sure you all know how I feel about Musk. Sure, we can believe he spent all that money because he just really loves America, you guys. Or we can be adults and accept he did it as an investment. Into what? America has been an oligarchy for a long time, but it's about to become even more of an oligarchy than ever before. 170$ million to be this involved in government spending is a very good investment, I'll give him that.

Trump's return to power unlikely to change US approach to Ukraine crisis - Lavrov

Washington will always seek to control everything that is happening within NATO's orbit, especially on NATO territory, the Russian foreign minister said.

"...Besides, the lines between the European Union and NATO are becoming blurred both militarily and politically. How they will exert this control is anyone's guess, it's not for me to speculate, but there are various options. But that they will want to keep these processes under their control is not in doubt," he added.

Trump said during his election campaign that if he returned to the White House, he would resolve the Ukraine conflict even before taking office. However, he declined to provide the details of his peace plan...

Let's see how Trump's promises pan out. I know some of you have a lot of faith in him for whatever reason, so I won't push too hard. We will see.
