The other day in the gym I did a lift just a bit off angle and put my back out a bit, nothing serious but annoying pain whenever moving much or lifting anything.
Then with a short focused La Qi session (a practice within Zhi Neng Qi Gong) I have completely obliterated 95% of the pain.
I can bend, move and twist all good now. I reckon with another session or two it will be gone completely. Super quick recovery!
