@STAI2GAZER: I think everyone is getting way too comfortable using the phrase “biological man/woman”. I know you mean well, but please don’t let this term become normalised, that’s exactly what conservatives want.
I'm a biological man. I use a wheelchair.
Fairly often the only working accessible bathroom is in the women's bathroom.
When that happens I will sometimes, out of necessity, use the women's bathroom.
On the flip side, my wife (a biological woman) sometimes needs to help me when I use the bathroom.
In some cases, when there is no private accessible bathroom, that means that she goes into the men's bathroom with me.
I'm not sure what this all means other than people who need to use the bathroom should be allowed to use the bathroom.
And if there is no space that is specifically assigned to them, they should be allowed to use the bathroom that makes sense to them.
When you gotta go, you gotta go. That's as human as it gets. -
