An extremely important Israeli study to have in the watch is the one that sees the effects of the Covid-19 vaccine (Pfizer and Moderna) and its influence on ovarian reserve. It's a study that has only started in February 2021 and will finish in February 2022.

It's absolutely terrifying that they have gotten a vaccine out and rolling it also for women in reproductive age WITHOUT having conclusive studies on the effects of all components on reproductive health. Absolutely unaccetable.

Here is the link to the study: https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04748172

I will gladly bookmark it because I am very sure it will be of use when concluded, whether it will be sponsored by dirty hands or coming out as positive.

🐙🦑 Octopus is a source of complete protein depending on the way you prepare it, filled with Omega-3, they contain a very special amino acid called ‘’taurine’’.

🔱 Taurine is concentrated in your brain, eyes, heart and muscle, hence is naturally stored & produced in your body without building proteins as most other amino acids!

🔱 Taurine is also taken as a supplement especially by individuals that suffer from an array of conditions and even added to energy drinks.

❌ No, it is not extracted from bull’s testicles as opposed to vulgar belief, but its main sources come from meat, fish and dairy and randomly added to vegan processed foods however, this type of taurine is synthetic and not naturally sourced as from animal foods.

1️⃣ Taurine regulates the immune system and antioxidant functions
2️⃣ Supports the central nervous system and eyes
3️⃣ Helps you maintain a good level of hydration and electrolyte balance in cells
4️⃣ Regulates calcium in your cells
5️⃣ Supports a healthy digestion by creating bile salts

🔱 Chances are that you’re able to produce taurine by yourself, unless you suffer from a heart of kidney condition, however an animal based diet should support the needs of taurine. Upon deficiency, symptoms are often related to poor blood sugar control and impaired brain function.

🔱 Per 85g of cooked octopus: 138 kcal, 25,4g protein, 1,8g fat, 3,7g carbs, 336mg taurine and check out the % of DV!

275% Vitamin B12, 138.55% Selenium, 101.38% Iron, 69.78% Copper, 65.97% Isoleucine, 64.55% tryptophan, 61.99% threonine, 56.64% lysine, 52.46% valine, 48.27% leucine, 42.38% Vitamin B6, 39.53% histidine, 33.86% phosphorus, 26.07% sodium, 26% zinc, 20.08% niacin, 15.30% vitamin B5, 12.51% Choline, 12.14% magnesium, 11.40% potassium and 10.86% of Vitamin A.

🔱 If you have access to eating octopus, eat it! A good way to prepare is boiling it until tender enough, marinate it or spice it with paprika!

Exquisite and highly nutritious.

To the simple and curious:

1. I never stood for ''veganism'', but I tried it. I wrote about it. I never promoted it because it actually did not make me feel better, not morally not physically. I had many friends and family included that after a decade on veganism came back for help because their entire system was depleated from nutrients, out of energy, slowed metabolism, left infertile, messed up digestion and overall in very poor health not to say dependant on lab-made vitamins.

2. I thrive on a very accentuated animal-based diet ever since a child (meat was served every single day together with dairy). As a result of a traditional diet ever since, thanks to my dear grandmother cooking most nutritious meals, I grew up without any hormonal issues like most girls in their teens.

3. It's the diet that I promote, an omnivore eating pattern yet focused greatly on unprocessed animal-based products.

Many times I talked about the benefits of red meat, butter, organs and fish in my Instagram. You are welcome to scroll back in time and find the posts!

You're literally 1 click away to find out the farce behind the probably second biggest lie of the century - red meat (unprocessed) and butter (animal fats) ASSOCIATED INCORRECTLY with cancer for over 20 years now, finally debunked even in the biggest mainstream nutritional journals.

If you're curious, spare 5 minutes and do a Google search in your (hopefully) Brave browser!

1️⃣ Non-Allergenic: suiting perfectly for sensitive skin.
2️⃣ Breathable: garments can be worn 24/7 because skin is allowed to breathe and doesn’t block pores.
3️⃣ Massage effect: due to the fabric’s structure, the touch on skin improves blood circulation and relieves stress especially in the evenings.
4️⃣ Thermal conductivity: reduces heat in both wet and dry environments, so it adjusts to the environment’s temperature and hugs your body.
5️⃣ Absorption: absorbs moisture and dries quickly.
6️⃣ Hygienic: the fiber prevents inflammation and fungus on skin, flax was used to cover wounds since ancient times.
7️⃣ Anti-static: the linen fiber does not produce static energy, hence garments can stay clean for longer.
8️⃣ Durability: with a 30% more strength than cotton, linen fibers allow for a large number of washes without losing any of its properties, hence making for a long-lasting garment.

Since the release of this beautiful linen shirt at @legiogloria, if you’ve wondered about the origins of linen as a material, something you should know first hand, is that it’s one of the best textiles ever to suit on the human skin. Linen textile is made out of fibers of the flax plant.

Traditionally, the process of production for linen was a little slower, hand-driven, and part of trade between households.

Nowadays, the production of flax has made it easier, however until not long ago flax was still being managed manually due to its particularity.

The thread used in linen garments comes from the stem of the flax plant. Housewives used an array of self-made tools to knead the stems before starting a process of studding in order to slide the entire length of the stems resulting in long fibers ready to be cleaned.

Due to the durability of this fiber in particular, navy services have used the thread of linen in rope manufacturing!

To aid someone with their weight/muscle goals or to plan my own well being, I always look at BMR and NEAT as they make up the biggest share of our metabolism.

BMR and NEAT are also the reasons why I focus researching and sharing a lot regarding insulin balance, stress, sleep, gut health (promoting fermented veggies rather than raw/cooked) and overall exercise of all kind (especially for women) without stressing the body and adjusting the training schedule to one's capabilities and needs.

As a mother, my main focus for my own self (for instance) is constant hormonal balance. Each and every one of you might have different goals but hormonal balance is always A MUST for both men and women.

We’re going to talk about cravings today, which are common but not necessarily normal, despite the fact that most ‘’experts’’ want to normalise having cravings and frequent eating.

1️⃣ WHY WE CRAVE: We get cravings when there is an imbalance in our body’s blood sugar. If you consume too many carbs during a meal without balancing it off with enough protein or fat this will rise your blood sugar more than you imagine and above healthy levels. After few hours, your blood sugar plummets making your body aiming at normalising it again - which translates into cravings for foods rich in carbohydrates. Why?

1. Carbohydrates digest faster than protein or fats
2. Carbohydrates have the biggest impact on our blood sugar levels

So your body learns and asks for more. And more and more.

2️⃣ HOW TO DEAL WITH CRAVINGS: A way to start regulating your blood sugar is to start eating less carbohydrates for breakfast: no cereals, muffins, sweets, coffee additives, juices but instead fresh berries, low carb bread options higher in protein rather and meats such as salmon, tuna or other meat cuts.

3️⃣ WHAT TO EAT INSTEAD: Probiotic yoghurts, cheese, eggs and butter, avocados (if you can get them where you live), shellfish on sourdough, for instance.

🥩 Protein is what fills you the most and keeps cravings and hunger at bay for longest - aiming for 30g protein at breakfast will make an impact in your eating routine. You can use collagen and a clean protein powder, yoghurts, cheese, eggs, charcuterie meats - choose your favourite and construct your breakfast from it.

4️⃣ RECOMMENDATIONS: Contradictory to what most nutrition ‘’experts’’ do online, advising clients to ‘’eat more but less calories’’, from a hormonal point of view I strongly recommend to eat less meals that rather aid your metabolism without the need to focus so much on lowering the calories, compulsively counting them and obsessing over a caloric restriction to lose weight.

💪🏻 Focus on eating meals that rather keep you filled (more meats and fats and less vegetables, actually) aiming at a window of 4-5 hours. Instead of ruminating on 5 meals a day, you reduce your eating routine to 3 meals a day.

💪🏻 Eating less regulates your metabolism by allowing a hormone called glucagon to be released more steadily in the body.

💪🏻 Helping your body to understand and release a healthy mix of hormones to support itself means to learn how to pair foods that will aid this entire process.

💭A tip to finish off: always pair a source of carb with one of protein or fats.

From a woman's perspective, I believe the person behind this message should not need the insight of a 3rd person regarding how her partner should behave around her. She knows what she wants and how she wants it to be better than no one. There are certain characters that enjoy ''verbal abuse'' as part of their relationship/bant - thing I always find very strange psychologically, but I know it DOES exist. If you're not one of them - how do you end up being with someone like that?

Question is: Why are you in presence of such man? Why are you dating, keep dating or allowing this sort of relationship take off when you have/had signs of poor verbal usage from the beginning? (Because someone doesn't just ''start to curse'' after 1 year of being together). 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is why I insist ALL THE TIME to stop rushing women especially (but also men) into relationships just because ''it is trad to have a partner''. While it's true, it's almost impossible to make something work right away nowadays - blame it on the decaying culture and boomers raising narcissists and egoists for children.

It's extremely important for a woman (and man) to choose their life partner cautiously. It takes a ''6th sense'' nowadays to make that happen from the 1st time nowadays and it's OK if we give/get wrong impressions (as long as they're not intentional) - some people are not meant to be together and unfortunately it takes time for some couples to realize that. But once you have signs, STOP! Go into a relationship knowing what you want from your partner, communicate it, let them know what you can offer and make sure you both are in sync.

If you notice this doesn't work - do not continue. Do not involve yourself further to ''give chances''. Don't try to ''change someone''. People rarely change their personality and who they are because they're asked to as a condition to ''be loved''.

So shortly: You don't need a degree in Relationships to know what YOU want from your significant other, you need to be SINCERE to yourself and the other - put a stop when in order. Don't rush to intimacy, promises and other involving plans together if one of you has a doubt. Love, real love, is felt right away. There is a magnetic power that you will feel right away in the presence of the right one. I can attest to this out of personal experience ❤️ 🦁 @thegoldenone

Forward from: Blair Cottrell
I know very well this woman who wrote the message above is making no exaggerations.
To answer her question: These boys aren’t men, they’re weak and pathetic and no woman should tolerate them.

Cruelty, especially towards your own people stems from weakness and nationalism over the past few years has been plagued with inferior spergs who are as weak as it gets. I’ve made it clear that these boys and their projected self-loathing are a problem I plan to address, and they’re already very mad about it.

I will answer to Blair's post just to give another perspective.

I heard congratulations were in order today! Here’s mine ❤️

Also a myth buster💥 No, you do NOT need orange juice or vitamin C if your iron source is animal based. Heme iron absorbs perfectly if you are in good health.

Vitamin C is needed with 🪴 based iron also known as “non-heme iron” as the body does not naturally identify the nutrient profile (as the source DNA 🧬 of a vegetable is different than ours).

A child from age 1 to 3 years needs a recommended 7mg iron intake a day. This it can become extremely challenging at first when the baby is still not used to eating copious quantities. Also, heme iron is the best absorbed iron for the human body, of animal source.

At the same time, children this age are not supposed to get more than 13g protein a day. Do you see the issue? Any 100g of cooked meat will give way too much protein to a child and not nearly enough iron. Because of this you have IRON FORTIFIED cereals and other abominations filled with sugars that sell in stores. Some brands better than others.

It has became extremely often that our children in the West suffer of ANAEMIA due to the poor food options. While ideally, a child shall consume greater amounts of organ meats, these have became impossible to find in shops or even smaller farm boutiques.
Children over 12 months are open to foods. Pieces of meat or cooked organs are a great start, fish and blood sausage. Pair with eggs and they’ll love it!

Just wanted to remind you about the beautiful places we have in Europe 😍 this picture is from Trégastel (Bretagne, France).

I was reading about Herbal Medicine the other day and just thought to share some interesting facts here.

''📜 🏰 Medieval medicine was based on the four humeral theories notion of Hippocrates and Galen.

🎭 The four “humours” were related to the four elements: blood (air) was hot and moist, phlegm (water) was cold and moist, yellow bile (fire) was hot and dry and black bile (earth) was cold and dry. It was the physician’s job to work out how to restore the balance of a person’s humours if they became ill, and so plants and herbs were ascribed properties to redress the balance.

🌱 Sage (Salvia officinalis the name comes from the Latin salveo, meaning “I am well”) was used by the Romans in medicine and cooking. In the medieval period, sage was described as being “fresh and green to cleanse the body of venom and pestilence”. It was also chewed to whiten teeth and used very frequently in cooking along with lots of onions and garlic.

🌼 Camomile (Chamaemelum nobile) flowers are good for making sedative and digestive infusions that also combat flatulence. Chamomile tea with dittany (Dictamnus albus), scabious (the common name “scabious” comes from the herb’s traditional usage as a folk medicine to treat scabies) and pennyroyal was a preferred medieval remedy against poison.

🌸 Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) was often referred to as “Boneset” and grown in infirmary gardens for its power to heal wounds and inflammations and (as its nickname suggests) help to set broken bones.

💆🏼 One cure for headache was to bind a stalk of crosswort (Rubiaecae family) to the head with a red cloth. Chilblains were treated with a mix of eggs, wine, and fennel root.

🏵 Agrimony was cited as a cure for male impotence – when boiled in milk, it could excite a man who was “insufficiently virile;” but when boiled in🍺 Welsh beer it would have the opposite effect.''

I cannot remember if I wrote about this publicly. About a month ago I witnessed a förskola (kindergarten) educator pulling aggressively a little child that was missing the line formation.

By pulling aggressively I mean pulling her hand up above her shoulder and forcefully placing her back in line while the child was putting no force or complaint.

That little person is someone’s child. She was probably around 3-4 years old and I am certain her mother will NEVER know about the mistreatment because children focus on the good memories they make and not often they tell parents about something like such after kindergarten “fun” is over in the evening.

It reinforced my disbelief in allowing a COMPLETE stranger with my child under my absence.
I still cannot comprehend how stay at home mothers OR those working from home, can have the heart so broken and spirit so stolen to put their little children in kindergarten just so they can get “time for themselves”.

I am a very reasonable person and I understand sometimes one needs a little “break”, but that shouldn’t mean departing from your own child. Not to me at least.

Astrid is still with me 24/7, she is attached to me and I will have it that way for as long as we can live and thrive like this. I would never sacrifice her for a wish of “child-free time”. The thought of it just makes me sick.

Witnessing the little girl’s mistreatment right out of my window was a sight I will never forget and something I will ask you all PARENTS to consider if you can afford having the child at home or with family (grandparents, etc).

A group of Swedish leftist personas in the government actually want to make kindergarten compulsory since the age of 2 (or 3 can’t remember - equally bad anyway) and if anything, that is TYRANNY.

I hope I never live to see the day when such a brute legislation passes because under no circumstances I will allow Astrid or following siblings into a crowd of strangers at such a fragile age when they need comfort and family. No.

That means that if I would ever promote something, it would either be the food-related posts I already make with the Swedish food-delivery service OR, obviously, our own products that we 100% believe in and put our efforts into.

And we thank each one of you that chooses our products instead of the mainstream ❤️ that is what matters to us more than any fast €€€ made on social media.

Another collaboration offer I just received & rejected. I post these just to make a point that there are quite many brands reaching out, yet I choose to reject 99% of them.

Receiving things for free to dedicate 2 posts and 2 stories - sure, it can be appealing, but it's also what we're not standing for any longer as our situation is far different than the average ''influencer'' on social media. My husband rejected hundreds of these, from all sorts of brands. He did it firstly with some brands but we realized we're not in that position any longer.

1. Nano-influencers should actually be PAID and not only offered products for free.
2. You do sell your soul, theatrically speaking. Some people do it because they 'survive' on this.

We do not do it because we survive on the respect, appreciation and value we receive and GIVE to/from our own audience.

Padrón peppers (DOP Galicia, Spain 🇪🇸) filled with Brie cheese, wrapped in bacon and bathed in egg, covered in flour and breadcrumbs. Oven baked until ready.

Sprinkled with sea salt and served with any chilled drink. A dark alcohol free ale would be great!
