The government aims to organize sanctions and denounce Brazil's alleged complicity with Hamas terrorism.

"Brazil has become a state sponsor of terrorists. Instead of pursuing terrorists, it persecutes an IDF soldier—a Jew who survived a brutal massacre and defends his people. This is an unforgivable disgrace. Israel will not sit idly by in the face of the persecution of its soldiers, and if Brazil does not amend its ways, it will pay a price.
