"1,000 DAYS since the Russia/Ukraine War started, though Ukraine’s civil war has been ongoing for over ten years. The US has poured 100 Billion dollars into the bloody quagmire and refused to sit down for peace talks since the start of this hell. Numbers are unreliable, but over a million people have probably died from the conflict. Countless lives have been ruined while Ukranian oligarchs have gotten filthy rich. The US announced Wednesday that it will be providing Ukraine with banned anti-personnel mines, breaking its own policy that’s meant to prohibit the use of the indiscriminate weapons. This is the latest evil escalation of the war after Biden authorized Ukraine to launch long-range strikes on Russian territory using US missiles, which Ukrainian forces have already begun firing into Russia. Anti-personnel mines, which are designed to kill or maim people, are banned by 164 countries under the Ottawa Treaty. Ukraine has signed the treaty but has violated it by using the mines. It is believed that in response to the escalation form the US/NATO, that Russia has deployed Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles for the first time in human conflict.
