Situation southwest of Donetsk: Russian Army made new advances northeast of Kostiantynopolske & northwest of Sukhi Yaly along the river. In addition, the locality of Zelenivka was completelly taken. 🇷🇺🇮🇷🇸🇾Vladimir Putin said that Russia had evacuated 4,000 Iranian fighters from Syria to Iranian territory. Another portion of pro-Iranian formations left Syrian territory for Lebanon and Iraq.

Also, according to the president, the situation in Syria is not a defeat , because Russia has achieved its goals in Syria – terrorists did not come to power there.

Separately, Vladimir Putin mentioned that at the moment Russia has proposed using the Khmeimim and Tartus bases to deliver humanitarian aid to Syria.

It is possible that under this very pretext Russian military bases may be retained on the territory of the Syrian state, at least temporarily.
