Last week, PA NW held a high-energy fitness meetup. Activists pushed themselves to the limit with chin ups, weight training, push ups, sit ups and other fitness activities. Activists are showing great improvements in their fitness and capability.

Fitness is a key part of a healthy lifestyle for White people. Men and women of all ages should have some form of physical activity in their daily routine. The strongest bonds are forged under pressure; our activists will be able to work more effectively thanks to fitness events like this.

Activists from in and around the London area and one guest met in a central London establishment last week to enjoy some food and drink together, and talk about how we want to move forward. New connections were formed and re-acquaintances made. PA's presence in town offers hope to those who feel sidelined by the anti-White establishment and our relaxed socials provide a space for people to feel at ease with like minds.

On Thursday the 26th of September, a group of local activists met in Surrey for a new monthly evening social for the area.

Launching the new regular social event was a big success with activists from Surrey, Hampshire and London in attendance.

This first weekday event for the area simply involved having a meal and drink at the pub while socialising.

This month, because of popular demand, we have been replicating our regular evening socials across different counties in the South East Region.

Having strong local groups that regularly meet is vital for planning and carrying out future local activity successfully.

A group of East Midland activists made the most of the good weather with a spot of activism, a look at history and a social gathering.

A banner drop over the M1 made our message clear. 'WE WERE NEVER ASKED' and 'DEPORT NOT SUPPORT' banners were used to take our message to motorists. We received huge support with a non-stop volley of beeps and thumbs ups.

We then travelled over to Cresswell Crags, a site of special scientific interest, an extraordinary archaeological gorge with limestone caves, used by our ancestors to live in 50,000 to 60,000 years ago.

We ended a great day with a hearty meal, great conversation and a beer.

Patriotic Alternative Yorkshire

Yesterday, PA Yorkshire activists were joined by Mark Collett and PA North West activists to protest near Home Secretary Yvette Cooper's constituency office in Castleford. Speeches were given about the problems caused by immigration and the need for remigration, and we received support from drivers who saw our banners. A video with the speeches will be coming soon.
