Today, the U.S. Treasury has begun Operation Economic Outcast, an unprecented campaign against the Islamic Republic of Iran. We are launching an economic onslaught against Iran's financial connections around the globe. Our objective is to sever every economic lifeline that sustains this tyrannical regime until Tehran stands alone.

Under Trump, America is no longer managing the Iranian threat. We are ending it. Iran has two paths: complete global isolation or a path back to normalcy.

Beginning today, we will tighten the noose and block every potential source of revenue that funds the IRGC and the Iranian regime. We are enforcing a zero-leakage approach.

In an extremely unusual incident, an Israeli civilian serving as an armed IDF reservist and wearing civilian clothes was detained overnight by Palestinian Authority police officers on the Beitunia bypass road in Area C of the West Bank, a route used daily by hundreds of Israelis, and his weapon was confiscated.

The incident is particularly notable because Area C is under Israeli security and civil control under the Oslo framework, and the Arab police ordinarily do not have policing authority there.

The circumstances surrounding the officers’ presence in the area, the reservist’s detention and the confiscation of his weapon remain unclear at this time

The IDF carried out an airstrike on a weapons depot in the market area of Gaza City’s Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in northern Gaza shortly after issuing an evacuation warning for the area. The Arab media reports that the attack hit a mosque and a desalination plant.

A separate evacuation warning was subsequently issued for buildings in the Al-Shati camp in northern Gaza City, with reports of significant movement by residents away from the designated areas following the warnings.
