Dear Starseed,

Many have incarnated here to step into the role of spiritual healer, awakener, teacher, mentor, facilitator.

A healer does not actually heal. A healer facilitates healing vibrations that the client can choose to accept or not. Thus the ‘success’ of every healing is in the hands of the receiver.

An awakened/teacher is here to wake Starseeds up and set them on their way. The direction of each individual is chosen at their soul level and is not something that is determined or set by the awakened/teacher.

It is the role of every awakened/teacher to facilitate mastery not to create followers.

A true teacher is not interested in selling a lifestyle. Your soul is not interested in how big your house is, whether you have a pool, a car, or whether you take regular holidays to exotic places.

It is important that every Starseed feel they have full permission to go beyond the teachings of those they follow and respect.

This permission is not required from any external teacher. This permission is something that is given by each soul to themselves!

You are here to embrace mastery at every level. The path contains many blessings, many challenges, and also a number of powerful initiations.

A huge "Thank You" to Fox Fisher for another fabulous afternoon of screen printing clothing. We had so much fun and absolutely LOVE wearing these. Fox has been a massive inspiration and we are getting closer to announcing a project that Liz has been working on especially for Starseeds.

The magical path has a knowledge of the Body Elemental which may appear in meditation as a child self or even appear in an animal form.

The Body Elemental can be found in the Etheric Body which is the closest layer of the aura to the physical body.

The Body Elemental is in charge of your health, wellbeing and vitality. Too many give little thought to this very important aspect of our being.

The Body Elemental can allow or create health and also ill-health, vitality and fatigue and so on.

The Body Elemental can allow or create instant healing under the right circumstances.

There are many variables but if there is some form of secondary gain in illness then the Body Elemental may allow it.

All magical work is fuelled by the Body Elemental. This is why witches were associated with black cats since cats help to recharge the Body Elemental.

The Body Elemental is recharged in nature. This is one reason I live close to the sea and why I love trees and gardens. They all revitalise my Body Elemental.

Dear Starseed,

Two energies you will meet in the 3D World.

The first is blame which is a projection of hurt and anger towards another. The newspapers are filled with stories designed to hook into collective blame. Blame comes from a sense of deep anger and powerlessness. This is really an illusion since we attract, allow and create everything in our personal reality.

The projection of blame will attract further dramas to prove to the individual concerned that they are powerless and perhaps the Universe is really out to punish them!

The remedy for blame is self-awareness, taking responsibility for the part playing in this drama, then self- forgiveness, forgiveness of the other and finally release. This ends all harmful projections of hurt and anger towards another.

The second energy is complaining which again comes from a sense of powerlessness. In the 3D world complaining gives the illusion of power since complaining is far too often rewarded.

(Now I am not saying that there are not occasions to complaint, the problem is when it becomes a default position.) it must be noted that complaining attracts other complainers and also more scenarios to complain about!

The remedy for complaining is appreciation. This is a higher vibration that completely neutralises complaining. It is not possible to truly appreciate something in a situation or person and then complain about that situation or person.

When you raise your vibration many wonderful things may start to happen.

Also, many challenging situations may arise as those around you no longer resonate with your new vibe. Some things will shift, some things will end.

Finally got these wonderful mandalas up in my new office with Liz’s help. I bought them more than a year ago from Irish artist Patricia Fitzgerald and they have been patiently waiting for the right space to grace the wall.

You might recognise this one, the 64 point star Tetrahedron. Patricia gave myself and Liz special permission to print this image on our own personal t-shirts. I do love it 💙

Awakening, growth, evolution are the primary impulses of the soul.

Waking up from the sleepiness of this world is the first step. Then stepping on the path as guided by your soul is the next.

Awakening and aligning with your path will change everything in your reality.

You will realise the importance of accessing and utilising your intuition. This is your hotline to your soul.

Life will speed up, any area where the energies are stagnant will go through a major shift.

Your relationships will change because your vibration will change. Some relationships will stop working. New ones will be initiated.

Your body will change. Your diet may shift. Perhaps your body will seek a new location to live in, one more compatible with your change in vibration.

I have just uploaded two tracks to YouTube, both are currently in the 5D Ascension School.

One of these called Infra-Red Angelic Healing Light Transmission will be released to the general channel and my website in about a week.

The other called Infra-Red Angelic Pain Relief, Healing, Etheric Regeneration 174 Hz Solfeggio Transmission is for Explorer Members of the School only.

Both tracks work on healing the body with Infrared Angelic Fire (with help from other Angels) by transmitting light through the Etheric Body. This is the closest layer of the aura to the physical body. The Etheric Body is the home of the Body Consciousness, otherwise called the Body Elemental.

Dear Starseed,

I began this path in earnest in early 1991. Since that time I have immersed myself in the spiritual field.

As a director of a not for profit spiritual organisation for many years I have met and listened to many authors and teachers in the field.

There are many brilliant souls on the earth-plane assisting humanity. There are some who I have seen stumble and fall from the path.

I have also seen those close to me who have fallen off the path. One through arrogance engendered by academia. Another through putting self-interest above the collective interest. Another through fear during the global lockdown nonsense.

I have also seen those fall because of entity interference. Their ego’s were not able to hold the light and this allowed entity interference. This happened to me very recently.

It must be remembered that lower astral entities are natural liars, and they will seek to attack certain Starseeds with mental projection.

Those without sufficient spiritual awareness/protection, and energy hygiene methodologies may succumb to such tactics and begin to see their reality through dark filters.

I have lost a couple of people that way who have fallen into darkness. When this happens we can only surrender their journey to their Higher Selves.

This is hard when it happens to someone close. Perhaps they will recover their sovereignty in this lifetime, perhaps in another lifetime. Their path has diverged from yours and you must let them go.

Dear Starseed,

When I was young and trying my best to be ‘normal’ I went to work in the city of London in the 3D Banking system.

This felt a challenging step up from the 3D education system and felt quite a shock to my system.

Even at a young age I was interested in spirituality and alternative living though I had not come across the concept of Starseeds and Ascension.

I did not really gel with the values of this system though I did the work. I somehow felt that the system itself was rejecting me, did not allow me to really progress, and I had no understanding why.

Now I know that a 3D system, whether work or some other system, will not really gel with the vibration of a Starseed, whether awake or still sleeping.

Actually, an awake Starseed will have the strong desire to leave any 3D system and either align with an existing 5D community or create one.

This is what I am doing here, creating a 5D community where Starseeds will have some sense of support and belonging.

Every 3D/Lower 4D system is programmed for survival no matter its stated purpose or mission statement.

Despite more money being poured into systems such as healthcare, police, military and so on the stated problems they seek to solve do not improve or diminish.

The pharmaceutical and medical industries need customers, they do not need a human collective that is vibrant and happy.

The police and military need crimes/problems to chase/neutralise otherwise they would not exist. They do not need harmonious communities.

Humanity needs a shift in consciousness, it does not need more drugs, more police, more cameras, more investment in arms, more cyber security.

What is needed is not another fight, whether that be against germs or terrorists. What is needed is the creation of a new paradigm, a new environment, a new matrix where 3D problems are not able to survive vibrationally.

Dear Starseed,

It is important to find places which resonate with the higher frequencies of any quality that is important to you.

Whether that be a place that radiates warmth, homeliness, abundance or elegance.

When I lived in London I would seek out such high vibe places and sit there and perhaps enjoy a cup of tea. Gorgeous bookshops, hotels, restaurants there were many high vibe places I could find.

In such places I would literally sit and soak up the resonance.

When I moved out of London they were a little more challenging to find. When I find such a place I really treasure it.

Wherever you are in the world there will be a place for you to recharge your etheric batteries. A place that may light you up from the inside out. May you find many such places.

We are in the energies of 2025. This year seems to be offering a step up in vibration for the Family of Light.

Thus, approaching the end of 2024 may have been difficult/challenging for some. It is always darkest just before the dawn!

Wherever you are, whether flying or treading water right now, use these energies to help lift you out of 3D. To lift you of what no longer serves you.
