The Body Elemental can be found in the Etheric Body which is the closest layer of the aura to the physical body.
The Body Elemental is in charge of your health, wellbeing and vitality. Too many give little thought to this very important aspect of our being.
The Body Elemental can allow or create health and also ill-health, vitality and fatigue and so on.
The Body Elemental can allow or create instant healing under the right circumstances.
There are many variables but if there is some form of secondary gain in illness then the Body Elemental may allow it.
All magical work is fuelled by the Body Elemental. This is why witches were associated with black cats since cats help to recharge the Body Elemental.
The Body Elemental is recharged in nature. This is one reason I live close to the sea and why I love trees and gardens. They all revitalise my Body Elemental.
