Responsibilities:

✅  Main responsibility: sourcing (LinkedIN, Stack Overflow, Github etc), screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles ( Software engineers, Researchers, PMs C/C++, Linux, ML researchers, experts in Physics and Math).

✅ You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

✅ Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities

✅ Compose and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

✅ Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions),  Phone calls, zoom meeting organization, approval processing
✅ Pre-interview and final docs signing, Weekly and Monthly reporting on recruiting results

Technical Recruiter Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s of Science or Masters degree

✅ 3+ years experience in IT recruitment (in-house or in a recruitment agency)

✅ Knowledge of all recruitment tools and successful experience working with them;

✅ Using knowledge of all recruitment tools and successful experience working with them;

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Huawei Research Russia is seeking for candidates to join the new rapidly growing HiSilicon Kirin Team. One of the team’s research direction is the On-device AI. Its goal is to make AI adopt to unconstrained mobile scenarios showing real-time performance on the device with highly limited resources at the same time. We make efforts to get closer to solving a problem of Continual On-device Learning. Currently one of our AI directions related to Automatic Model Optimization/Compression. We are looking for a candidate who will help us lead this direction and grow up together.

Responsibilities:

∙ Research in the field of AutoML for On-device Computer Vision

Qualifications:

✅  Responsible for anti-fraud of fake traffic of Huawei ads, anti-fraud of clicks and conversions, identification of false and hijacking, and various anomaly detection based on big data technology;

✅  Research and development of big data mining, machine learning, deep learning, unsupervised learning and other technologies to solve the anomaly detection and risk control problems in the advertising field;

✅  Investigate AI algorithms such as machine learning and deep learning, and apply them to the fields of anti-fraud and anomaly detection of advertisements, and continuously optimize the results

Professional skills and Qualifications:

✅  8+ years of engineering experience in one or more of the following areas: abuse, spam, payments fraud, trust & safety.

✅  3+ years of experience in successful project management.

✅  Familiar with data mining / machine learning / deep learning algorithms, proficient in using classification / regression and other models to solve various problems;

Senior ML engineer/ Middle ML Engineer

Task description:

✅ Develop innovative AI algorithms for mobile devices for all scenarios in mobile, which include technologies for computer vision and sensor intelligence

✅ Design and implement machine learning and engineered techniques to solve performance issues of computer vision and sensor
intelligence

✅ Investigate the industry and academic technology trends on computing photography, sensor intelligence, and machine Learning technologies

✅ Investigate design approaches, prototype new technology, and evaluate technical feasibility

✅ Data mining using state-of-art methods

✅ Mandatory requirements:

✅ Master in Applied Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline

✅ 3+ years’ experience in machine-learning-related development

✅ Proficient experience in Supervised/Unsupervised, understanding of Reinforcement Learning

🤷‍♂️ Илон Маск посоветовал своим подписчикам мессенджер Signal как альтернативу Whatsapp. Инвесторы бросились скупать акции Signal, но перепутали и скупили акции не мессенджера, а небольшой компании Signal Advance. В итоге, ее акции подскочили с 60 центов до $7,19, а капитализация — с $55 млн до $660 млн. Такая же история в свое время была с Zoom.

Runa Capital

Классная новость! Для фонда Runa Capital год начался здорово. Его портфельный стартап Mambu поднял €110 млн по оценке €1.7 млрд.
И стал единорогом!

Mambu — это стартап из Берлина. Его в 2011-м основали Евгений Данилкис и Фредерик Фистерер. Это SaaS-платформа для банков — с ее помощью можно проще создавать и запускать разные банковские инструменты. Например, кредитные продукты или депозитные.

Runa уже давно заприметила этот стартап. Еще в 2013-м участвовали в раунде на €2 млн. Потом был раунд в феврале 2019-го на €30 млн, так тоже поучаствовал фонд с российскими корнями. И вот сейчас новый раунд.
Mambu выросли за год на 100%. Теперь Runa осталось самое сложное - сделать удачный экзит 😇🙏
