"Wrongly believed". The newspaper could have simply reported that the gunman believed in such thing. But the newspaper SPECIFIED that he "wrongly believed" that Clinton and her pals run a child railing industry in the USA. And now it makes me think that he was 100% correct. RIP, mr gunman.
