Dear Unscripted Odyssey members,

We are bye bying 2017. At this time we should care to reflect on this year and plan for the upcoming year.

The desperate, purposeless, broke me didn't like the coming of a new year(2017) and the ageing associated with it. After thinking about it for 3 days, I calmed myself by saying "bro relax Relax, after all, you are just one person and it is only 365 days." And then I kept wandering.

The best thing about reading books or any longer text is that it makes me think. I would stare at the roof, contemplate for a while, say "Oh, yeah" or "Nah, no", and continue where I left off. So, I thought "What if we reflect on this year, share our greatest realizations, our failures and successes, our greatest turning points... here together?" Wouldn't this be nice? By reading others' stories we learn about ourselves and our surroundings.

Nothing like this has been done before. Here on Unscripted Odyssey, I will write my raw unedited reflections. Then, you will continue in the comments. We will hear many untold stories in between. Relax, brother. Tell us your stories. Nobody knows us and as a result, Nobody cares about us. Anonymity is for this time ma man.

Next year and beyond are going to be different for all of us. In this community, we will form lasting friendships. For the next 60 or more years we will push the limits hand in hand. With the ones I feel connected with here, we will have a free VIP group and we will hold a personal meet-up in 2018. 🫂

Unscripted Odyssey will surpass 10k subscribers next year this time. And you are part of it at this early age. That is why I love you so much. ❤️

I didn't write that I am rich or financially free. I said I am financially independent. They are two different things.
I can't advise you like I am rich and you aren't yet. Because I am not. Honestly, as long as you keep searching and trying, you will find a way soon.

The thing that cost me a lot was trying to do anything that would bring money. There is this stage, when you will do whatever brings you money. Please pass it quickly or even jump over it. Specialize fast.

"I am open to any kind of work": this isn't desirable for anybody.

"I make stunning logos for businesses. Let me know if you need any help or know someone who may need my services.": much better. This is what I call specialization.😁 Be this guy.

I understood this very recently, and it made a difference. Lemme share with you two books that taught me more than thousands of youtube videos. Shall I? 🤔

Enough rant.

Little by little, I have become financially independent.

That was the plan from day one.
I thought I’d reach this in my first year.

Now, it's the end of year two.

This gave me the freedom to focus on big things. I am not doing things just for cash. I am judging their alignment with my goals.

Ig that is the beginning of Freedom. The authority to choose.

I always dreamed of days when I would no longer ask for money from my family; when I would find money in my pocket hard-earned by myself. I am living that life.

The next goal is to have enough money to support back family.

Don't think you will be satisfied when you reach your goal. You will just have another better bigger goal.
