I struggled for years to break free from porn addiction. It started when I was 9. A simple search will show the effects of porn on the parts of the brain that control emotions, logic and rational thinking, and reward seeking behavior.

I've written papers about delta fos b in the nucleus accumbens and how pornography affects it. The dendrites in your nucleus accumbens grow in number and in thickness with regular porn use.

This means that it is easier to start the reward cascade, the cravings for sexual gratification; and it takes a greater amount of stimulus to achieve the same results, i.e tolerance. If soda, candy, and processed food is poison for your body, porn is poison for your brain.

Don't try to break free alone. Accountability is key. Take the first step today, White man.

📌For the second to last event of the year, activists from all over the world once again gathered in order to raise awareness to the demographic situation of White People.

Rallies, banner drops and stickering actions were carried in: FL, OH, CA, IL, AL, Netherlands, UK, NY, TX, GA, AR, NC, VA and others in a co-ordinated action last weekend.

Some more White Lives Matter IRL activism and participation from the WLM Illinois crew in Central Illinois today, Saturday Nov. 13th 2021. @ONEPALEMALE, @Hvitrmakt, @whitepumpkinx, and @MyColdEmbrace all took part and did a banner drop over one of the busiest highways in all of Illinois, Interstate 57. This banner drop was an excellent display of unity, selflessness, and teamwork. The banner said "Watch Europa, the Last Battle" made by @whitepumpkinx. We will definitely be doing more banner drops from here on out, you can count on that. Just the best of times with these fine individuals.

Waiting for my new printer to arrive so that I can get busy placing stickers all over my town. What are you doing for our race? Make sure to send your pictures or videos of sticker placing to me so that we can post them. I look forward to being bombarded with them!

For those of you who are paying attention to the group, I’m a new admin for the state, so I haven’t been able to put together any sort of activism this month, but we will be very much ready to show up by December. In the meantime, we can place stickers and recruit new members to the main channel and our state group. I’ve been going through Twitter and Gab and posting links to the main channel on targeted comments. We can all do something to help further our cause.
